Complete refurbishment project for Council accommodation

This local authority commission, in a semi-rural lane consisted of the conversion of five houses into smart accommodation blocks for Surrey County Council tenants. Apart from the major construction work required, Stenball also refurbished all existing sections of the properties and updated everything inside, from kitchens and bathrooms to bedrooms – and gave all garden and outside spaces a facelift.  All to the council’s exacting standards and timeframes.
